10 Game Guarantee

Thank you for choosing our goalkeeper gloves! We're confident in the quality and performance of our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 10 Game Guarantee program. Below are the details of how the program works:

Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for the 10 Game Guarantee program, you must have purchased our goalkeeper gloves directly from our official website or authorised retailers. We believe this ensures that you receive genuine products and authentic customer support.

Documentation:

  1. As part of the program, we kindly request that you provide us with documentation after each game. We want to understand your experience and address any concerns you may have. Here's what we need:
  • Timestamped Pictures: Before and after each game, take clear pictures of the gloves. We appreciate it if you could include timestamps to ensure the accuracy of the documentation.
  • Video Footage: Capture video footage of yourself using the gloves during gameplay. It will help us assess the performance and durability of the gloves.

Evaluation and Review:

  1. Once you have completed the 10-game requirement, and if you feel that the gloves are not meeting your expectations, you can contact us to initiate a review. Simply send us an email stating your intention to claim the 10 Game Guarantee program, along with the purchase date, order number, and your contact information. Our dedicated review team will carefully assess your claim and may request additional information to better understand your experience.

Return Process:

  1. If our review team determines that your gloves are eligible for a return under the 10 Game Guarantee program, we will guide you through the return process. Our customer service team will send you an email with a return label and detailed instructions. Please ensure that the gloves are securely packed before returning them to us using the provided return label. We've got the return shipping covered, so you won't have to worry about any additional charges.

Return Conditions:

  1. To qualify for a return under the 10 Game Guarantee program, we kindly request that you return the gloves in their original condition. This means including all accessories and packaging materials that came with the gloves when you received them. We understand that some wear and tear is normal during 10 games, but any significant damage caused by mishandling or improper care may void the eligibility for a return. Please make sure to send the return shipment within a reasonable timeframe, following the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Refund or Replacement:

  1. Upon receiving the returned gloves and verifying that they meet the return conditions, we will proceed with issuing a refund or offering a replacement pair. You will receive an email notification regarding the outcome of the review. You can choose either a refund of the original purchase price or opt for a replacement pair of gloves, subject to availability. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  1. The 10 Game Guarantee program is specifically designed for goalkeeper gloves purchased directly from our official website or authorised retailers. It does not cover gloves purchased through third-party sellers or unauthorised channels. We encourage you to ensure the authenticity of your purchase to take full advantage of our guarantee.

We genuinely value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible goalkeeper gloves. The 10 Game Guarantee program is our way of ensuring that you have a positive experience with our products.
