Refund policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026
This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you buy from HUNDRED. HUNDRED is a trading name of The Hundred Glove Limited.
It sets out our voluntary 30 day returns policy and explains how that works alongside your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Our 30 day returns policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. In addition to your legal rights, we offer a voluntary 30 day returns policy on eligible products.
The 30 day period begins on the date your order is delivered.
This voluntary policy is offered on top of your legal rights. It does not replace, reduce or limit them. Your legal rights are explained in section 11.
2. Starting a return
You can start a return yourself, online. You do not need to contact us first.
You will be asked for your order details, the item you are returning and the reason for the return. The returns portal then guides you through the rest of the process and confirms what to do next.
3. Return eligibility
To be accepted under our voluntary 30 day policy, items should be:
- returned having been started within 30 days of delivery
- unused and unworn
- in their original condition
- returned with their original tags, where the item was supplied with tags
- returned in their original packaging, where applicable
- accompanied by your order details or proof of purchase
The following are not accepted under the voluntary policy:
- goalkeeper gloves with the protective palm film removed
- goalkeeper gloves showing wear or deterioration, including deterioration caused by not following the glove care instructions supplied with the product
- customised or personalised products, as set out in section 8
These exclusions apply to our voluntary policy only. They do not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
4. Prepaid return label
Once your return request is approved, we provide a prepaid return label through the returns process, together with the drop off instructions for your return.
Please pack your item securely, attach the label provided and follow the drop off instructions given to you. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
5. Store credit
Returns accepted under our voluntary 30 day policy are issued as store credit once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.
Store credit can be used towards a future purchase from HUNDRED.
Store credit is how we resolve voluntary returns. It is not how we resolve faulty, damaged or incorrect items, and it does not affect the legal remedies described in section 11.
6. Exchanges
Where an exchange is available for your order, you can request one through the returns portal when you start your return. Availability depends on the item and on stock at the time of your request.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, start a return through the returns portal and select the reason that matches your situation.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your legal remedies are not limited to store credit. See section 11.
8. Customised and personalised products
Customised or personalised products are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned under our voluntary 30 day policy unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.
9. 10-Game Guarantee
Eligible goalkeeper gloves and Protekt products may also be covered by our separate 10-Game Guarantee, which runs alongside this policy and has its own terms and claim process.
Read the 10-Game Guarantee terms
10. Shipping costs
Under our voluntary 30 day policy, the original delivery charge paid on your order is not refunded.
We provide a prepaid return label for approved returns under this policy, so you do not pay to send an eligible item back to us.
Different rules apply where you are exercising a legal right, for example where an item is faulty or where you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In those cases your legal entitlement applies and is not affected by this section. See section 11.
11. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and how much time has passed since delivery.
If you bought from us online, you also have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That right is separate from, and additional to, our voluntary 30 day policy. It is not limited to store credit. Some goods, including products made to your specification, are excluded from that cancellation right by law.
If you would prefer to rely on your legal rights rather than our voluntary policy, please tell us when you start your return, or contact us, and we will handle your request on that basis.
12. Contact
If you have a question about this policy or about a return, you can contact our team or email keepers@thehundredglove.com.
